Our story
It was at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech, during our master's in innovation management and food design, that we met.
Brieuc, a nutritionist, and Guillaume, an agricultural engineer, shared the same puzzle: the breakfast forgotten in the morning rush.
As no practical solution existed, we decided to create our own. This is how Full’iz was born: a simple way to start the day on the right foot, even when it rushes by at full speed.
Our story
It was at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech, during our master's in innovation management and food design, that we met.

The name Full’iz is a contraction of “full” and “ease” , and perfectly reflects our ambition: to offer a complete, tasty, and simple breakfast, so you can start your day without compromise.
It is in the kitchens of the Smart Gastronomy Lab in Gembloux that we spent months perfecting a recipe that met our own requirements: natural ingredients, delicious flavour, and optimal nutritional balance. Our commitment and creativity have earned us prestigious recognitions: the first prize at Ecotrophélia Belgium 2024 and second place at Ecotrophélia Europe, in October 2024, during SIAL in Paris.
