Right of withdrawal for goods

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.

You may use the withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory..

To be able to return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

To ensure that the withdrawal period is respected, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any fees for you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, the date being the earlier of these two events.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to be respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Your liability is only engaged in respect of the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.
