La protection de votre vie privée nous tient à cœur. Cette page explique quelles données nous collectons, pourquoi, combien de temps nous les conservons et quels sont vos droits.

2. Données collectées et finalités

2.1 Navigation sur le site

Vous pouvez consulter notre site sans fournir de données personnelles. À chaque accès, certaines informations techniques sont enregistrées automatiquement par les serveurs de notre hébergeur : adresse IP, date et heure de la visite, pages consultées, navigateur utilisé.

Ces données servent exclusivement à assurer la sécurité et le bon fonctionnement du site. Elles ne sont pas utilisées pour vous identifier ni rapprochées de votre compte client. Elles sont conservées par notre hébergeur pendant la durée nécessaire à ces finalités, puis supprimées.

Base légale : notre intérêt légitime à sécuriser le site (article 6.1.f du RGPD).

2.2 Commandes

Lorsque vous passez commande, nous collectons les données nécessaires à l'exécution du contrat : nom, prénom, adresse postale, adresse e-mail, téléphone et informations de livraison.

Nous ne collectons pas vos données de paiement : elles sont saisies directement auprès de notre prestataire Stripe, qui ne nous transmet que la confirmation du paiement, le type de carte et ses quatre derniers chiffres.

Ces données servent à traiter et livrer votre commande, à assurer le suivi client et la facturation, et à respecter nos obligations légales, fiscales et comptables.

2.3 Compte client

Si vous créez un compte, nous enregistrons vos nom, e-mail, adresses et historique de commandes, afin de faciliter vos prochains achats et de vous donner accès à vos factures.

Vous pouvez demander la suppression de votre compte à tout moment. Les données de facturation restent conservées pour la durée légale indiquée à l'article 5.

2.4 Prise de contact

Lorsque vous nous écrivez, nous traitons vos données pour répondre à votre demande.

Nous conservons nos échanges pendant le temps nécessaire au traitement de votre demande, puis pendant la durée utile à la gestion d'un éventuel litige ou d'une demande de suivi. Ils sont ensuite supprimés, sauf obligation légale de conservation.

2.5 Newsletter et communications commerciales

Avec votre consentement, nous utilisons votre adresse e-mail pour vous envoyer notre newsletter et nos offres.

Vous pouvez retirer votre consentement à tout moment, via le lien de désabonnement présent dans chaque e-mail ou en nous écrivant à info@full-iz.com. Le retrait de votre consentement ne remet pas en cause la licéité des envois effectués auparavant.

Si vous laissez un avis, votre prénom ou pseudonyme et le contenu de l'avis peuvent être publiés sur notre site.

2.7 Abonnement et paiement récurrent

Si vous souscrivez un abonnement, nous traitons, en plus des données de commande : la fréquence que vous avez choisie, les saveurs sélectionnées, les dates de vos échéances, l'historique de vos prélèvements et de vos factures, ainsi que l'état de votre abonnement — actif, en pause ou résilié.

Pour prélever votre abonnement à chaque échéance, notre prestataire Stripe enregistre votre moyen de paiement et nous transmet un identifiant sécurisé, appelé jeton. Full'iz n'a jamais accès à votre numéro de carte complet, ni à son cryptogramme. Nous ne conservons que les quatre derniers chiffres et le type de carte, afin que vous puissiez identifier votre moyen de paiement dans votre espace client.

Lorsque vous résiliez votre abonnement, nous cessons toute utilisation du jeton de paiement associé : plus aucun prélèvement ne peut être déclenché. Vous pouvez à tout moment nous demander la suppression du moyen de paiement enregistré, en écrivant à info@full-iz.com ; nous la faisons opérer auprès de Stripe.

Si un prélèvement échoue, nous traitons cette information pour vous en informer, vous permettre de régulariser et, le cas échéant, résilier votre abonnement.

3. Destinataires de vos données

3.1 Livraison

Pour vous livrer, nous transmettons vos nom, adresse, téléphone et e-mail à nos transporteurs :

3.2 Paiements

Les paiements sont traités par Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Irlande).

Stripe agit comme responsable du traitement indépendant pour ce qui relève de ses propres obligations : sécurité des paiements, prévention de la fraude, lutte contre le blanchiment.

Il agit comme sous-traitant de Full'iz lorsqu'il traite vos données sur nos instructions, notamment pour l'enregistrement de votre moyen de paiement et le déclenchement des prélèvements de votre abonnement. Cette double qualité, ainsi que les garanties de protection des données qui s'y attachent, figurent dans les conditions contractuelles qui nous lient à ce prestataire.

3.3 Hébergement et gestion

Notre site et notre système de gestion — commandes, facturation, suivi client — sont opérés via la plateforme Odoo S.A., Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgique.

Les données sont hébergées au sein de l'Union européenne. Odoo agit en qualité de sous-traitant au sens du RGPD et ne traite vos données que pour notre compte. Les garanties correspondantes figurent dans les conditions contractuelles qui nous lient à ce prestataire.

3.4 Mesure d'audience et publicité

Avec votre consentement, nous utilisons :

• Meta (Facebook et Instagram) — pixel de suivi de conversion et publicité ciblée ;
• Google Analytics et Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) — statistiques d'audience et campagnes publicitaires.

Ces prestataires peuvent transférer des données vers les États-Unis. Le cas échéant, ces transferts reposent sur les clauses contractuelles types de la Commission européenne et, lorsque le prestataire y est certifié, sur le cadre de protection des données UE–États-Unis.

Notre site utilise des cookies pour :

7. Sécurité

De bescherming van uw privacy ligt ons na aan het hart. Deze pagina legt uit welke gegevens wij verzamelen, waarom, hoelang wij ze bewaren en wat uw rechten zijn.

2. Verzamelde gegevens en doeleinden

2.1 Surfen op de website

U kunt onze website raadplegen zonder persoonsgegevens te verstrekken. Bij elke toegang worden bepaalde technische gegevens automatisch geregistreerd door de servers van onze hostingprovider: IP-adres, datum en uur van het bezoek, geraadpleegde pagina's, gebruikte browser.

Die gegevens dienen uitsluitend om de veiligheid en de goede werking van de website te verzekeren. Ze worden niet gebruikt om u te identificeren en worden niet aan uw klantenaccount gekoppeld. Ze worden door onze hostingprovider bewaard gedurende de tijd die voor die doeleinden nodig is, en daarna verwijderd.

2.2 Bestellingen

Wanneer u een bestelling plaatst, verzamelen wij de gegevens die nodig zijn voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst: naam, voornaam, postadres, e-mailadres, telefoon en leveringsgegevens.

Wij verzamelen uw betaalgegevens niet: die worden rechtstreeks ingevoerd bij onze dienstverlener Stripe, die ons enkel de betalingsbevestiging, het kaarttype en de laatste vier cijfers ervan bezorgt.

Die gegevens dienen om uw bestelling te verwerken en te leveren, om de klantenopvolging en de facturatie te verzekeren, en om onze wettelijke, fiscale en boekhoudkundige verplichtingen na te leven.

Rechtsgrond: de uitvoering van de overeenkomst (artikel 6.1.b van de AVG) en de naleving van onze wettelijke verplichtingen (artikel 6.1.c).

2.3 Klantenaccount

Maakt u een account aan, dan registreren wij uw naam, e-mailadres, adressen en bestelgeschiedenis, om uw volgende aankopen te vergemakkelijken en u toegang te geven tot uw facturen.

U kunt op elk moment vragen om uw account te verwijderen. De factuurgegevens blijven bewaard gedurende de wettelijke termijn die in artikel 5 is vermeld.

2.4 Contactname

Wanneer u ons schrijft, verwerken wij uw gegevens om op uw vraag te antwoorden.

Wij bewaren onze uitwisselingen gedurende de tijd die nodig is om uw vraag te behandelen, en daarna gedurende de tijd die nuttig is voor de behandeling van een eventueel geschil of van een vervolgvraag. Daarna worden ze verwijderd, behoudens een wettelijke bewaarplicht.

Rechtsgrond: de uitvoering van de overeenkomst, of ons gerechtvaardigd belang om op uw vraag te antwoorden en het spoor van onze uitwisselingen te bewaren.

2.5 Nieuwsbrief en commerciële communicatie

Met uw toestemming gebruiken wij uw e-mailadres om u onze nieuwsbrief en onze aanbiedingen te sturen.

U kunt uw toestemming op elk moment intrekken, via de uitschrijflink in elke e-mail of door ons te schrijven op info@full-iz.com. De intrekking van uw toestemming doet geen afbreuk aan de rechtmatigheid van de eerder verstuurde berichten.

2.6 Klantenbeoordelingen

Laat u een beoordeling achter, dan kunnen uw voornaam of schuilnaam en de inhoud van de beoordeling op onze website worden gepubliceerd.

2.7 Abonnement en terugkerende betaling

Sluit u een abonnement af, dan verwerken wij, bovenop de bestelgegevens: de frequentie die u hebt gekozen, de geselecteerde smaken, de data van uw vervaldagen, de geschiedenis van uw afschrijvingen en van uw facturen, evenals de status van uw abonnement — actief, gepauzeerd of opgezegd.

Om uw abonnement op elke vervaldag af te schrijven, registreert onze dienstverlener Stripe uw betaalmiddel en bezorgt hij ons een beveiligde identificatiecode, een token genoemd. Full'iz heeft nooit toegang tot uw volledige kaartnummer, noch tot de veiligheidscode. Wij bewaren enkel de laatste vier cijfers en het kaarttype, zodat u uw betaalmiddel in uw klantenzone kunt herkennen.

Wanneer u uw abonnement opzegt, stoppen wij elk gebruik van het bijbehorende betaaltoken: er kan geen enkele afschrijving meer worden uitgevoerd. U kunt ons op elk moment vragen om het geregistreerde betaalmiddel te verwijderen, door te schrijven naar info@full-iz.com; wij laten dat bij Stripe uitvoeren.

Mislukt een afschrijving, dan verwerken wij die informatie om u daarvan op de hoogte te brengen, u toe te laten te regulariseren en, in voorkomend geval, uw abonnement op te zeggen.

3. Ontvangers van uw gegevens

3.1 Levering

Om u te leveren, geven wij uw naam, adres, telefoon en e-mailadres door aan onze vervoerders:

3.2 Betalingen

De betalingen worden verwerkt door Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ierland).

Stripe treedt op als onafhankelijke verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor wat onder zijn eigen verplichtingen valt: de veiligheid van de betalingen, fraudepreventie en de strijd tegen het witwassen van geld.

Het treedt op als verwerker van Full'iz wanneer het uw gegevens op onze instructies verwerkt, in het bijzonder voor de registratie van uw betaalmiddel en het uitvoeren van de afschrijvingen van uw abonnement. Die dubbele hoedanigheid, en de waarborgen inzake gegevensbescherming die daaraan verbonden zijn, staan in de contractuele voorwaarden die ons met deze dienstverlener verbinden.

3.3 Hosting en beheer

Onze website en ons beheersysteem — bestellingen, facturatie, klantenopvolging — worden geëxploiteerd via het platform Odoo S.A., Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgique.

De gegevens worden binnen de Europese Unie gehost. Odoo treedt op als verwerker in de zin van de AVG en verwerkt uw gegevens enkel voor onze rekening. De overeenkomstige waarborgen staan in de contractuele voorwaarden die ons met deze dienstverlener verbinden.

3.4 Publieksmeting en reclame

Met uw toestemming gebruiken wij:

• Meta (Facebook en Instagram) — conversietrackingpixel en gerichte reclame;
• Google Analytics en Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) — publieksstatistieken en reclamecampagnes.

Die dienstverleners kunnen gegevens doorgeven naar de Verenigde Staten. In voorkomend geval steunen die doorgiften op de modelcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie en, wanneer de dienstverlener daarvoor gecertificeerd is, op het gegevensbeschermingskader EU-Verenigde Staten.

U kunt uw toestemming op elk moment intrekken via onze cookiebeheerder.

4. Cookies

Onze website gebruikt cookies om:

• de goede werking van de website mogelijk te maken — winkelmandje, navigatie, veiligheid, aanmelden bij uw account;
• het publiek te meten en onze diensten te verbeteren;
• de reclame te personaliseren.

De functionele cookies zijn noodzakelijk en vereisen uw toestemming niet. De andere worden enkel geplaatst met uw akkoord.

• Bezwaar (art. 21) — bezwaar maken tegen een verwerking die op ons gerechtvaardigd belang berust, en op elk moment en zonder reden tegen de verwerking met het oog op commerciële prospectie;
• Intrekking van de toestemming (art. 7.3) — uw toestemming op elk moment intrekken voor de verwerkingen die daarvan afhangen, zonder dat dit afbreuk doet aan de reeds uitgevoerde verwerkingen.

Om deze rechten uit te oefenen, schrijft u ons op info@full-iz.com. Wij antwoorden binnen een termijn van één maand.

Wij nemen geen enkele beslissing met rechtsgevolgen voor u die uitsluitend op een geautomatiseerde verwerking berust.

Meent u dat uw rechten niet worden nageleefd, dan kunt u een klacht indienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussel — gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

7. Beveiliging

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw gegevens te beschermen tegen verlies, wijziging, ongeoorloofde toegang en openbaarmaking.

This data is used to process and deliver your order, to ensure customer follow-up and invoicing, and to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

2.3 Customer Account

If you create an account, we record your name, email address, addresses, and order history, to facilitate your next purchases and give you access to your invoices.

You can request to delete your account at any time. Invoice data is kept for the legal period stated in Article 5.

When you write to us, we process your data to answer your request.

We keep our exchanges for the time necessary to process your request, and then for the time useful for handling any potential dispute or follow-up question. After that, they are deleted, subject to a legal retention obligation.

2.5 Newsletter and Commercial Communication

With your consent, we use your email address to send you our newsletter and offers.

2.7 Subscription and Recurring Payment

If you take out a subscription, in addition to order data, we process: the frequency you have chosen, the selected flavors, your due dates, the history of your direct debits and invoices, as well as the status of your subscription — active, paused, or canceled.

To charge your subscription on each due date, our service provider Stripe registers your payment method and provides us with a secure identification code, called a token. Full'iz never has access to your full card number, nor to the security code. We only keep the last four digits and the card type so that you can recognize your payment method in your customer area.

When you cancel your subscription, we stop any use of the corresponding payment token: no further direct debits can be made. You can ask us at any time to delete the registered payment method by writing to info@full-iz.com; we will have Stripe execute this.

If a direct debit fails, we process this information to notify you, allow you to regularize the situation, and, if necessary, cancel your subscription.

3.3 Hosting and Management

Our website and our management system — orders, invoicing, customer follow-up — are operated via the Odoo S.A. platform, Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium.

The data is hosted within the European Union. Odoo acts as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR and processes your data only on our behalf. The corresponding guarantees are set out in the contractual conditions binding us to this service provider.

3.4 Audience Measurement and Advertising

With your consent, we use:
