A passion
Full’iz is above all a story of passion for nutrition and innovation, driven by two friends and entrepreneurs, Brieuc and Guillaume.
The idea was born in the halls of AgroBioTech in Gembloux, at the University of Liège, where Brieuc (a dietitian) and Guillaume (an agricultural engineer), determined, shared the same frustration: the rush of mornings. Between studies and work, we often skipped breakfast or chose unhealthy options due to lack of time. Tired of this reality, we decided to create Full’iz, an alternative that combines practicality, balance, and pleasure..
A name: Full'iz
The name Full’iz is a combination of “full” for complete and “ease” for convenience, perfectly reflecting our ambition: to offer a complete, tasty, and simple breakfast so you can start your day without compromise..
It was in the kitchens of the Smart Gastronomy Lab in Gembloux that we spent months perfecting a recipe that met our own standards: natural ingredients, delicious flavor, and optimal nutritional balance. Our dedication and creativity earned us prestigious recognitions: the first prize at Ecotrophélia Belgium 2024 and second place at Ecotrophélia Europe in October 2024, during the SIAL in Paris.
