Two young entrepreneurs have developed liquid breakfasts made from fruits and fibers. One is a dietitian, the other an agricultural engineer. With their products, they placed second in a food innovation competition that included participants from 15 countries.

At the end of October, two students from Gembloux Agro-Bio TechGuillaume and Brieuc-William took part in the Trophées Etudiants de l’Innovation Alimentaire, in Paris. To celebrate their participation in the competition,Walloniainterviewed the two young entrepreneurs.

Ce sont deux étudiants de l'Université de Liège - Gembloux Agro-BioTech qui représentent la Belgique lors de la finale européenne de l’Ecotropheliaqui se tient à Paris dans le cadre du SIAL, le plus gros salon mondial dédié à l’alimentation. Ces « Trophées Étudiants de l’Innovation Alimentaire » récompensent la créativité des jeunes au service d’une alimentation saine et durable. Full’izTwo students from the University of Liège – Gembloux Agro-BioTech are representing Belgium at the European final of Ecotrophelia, held in Paris as part of SIAL, the world’s largest food trade fair. The "Student Food Innovation Trophies" reward the creativity of young people in the service of healthy and sustainable food.
